Paul has worked in charity finance and leadership for over twenty years, with recent experience in central government departments. He is a qualified accountant with a postgraduate diploma in charity accounting, and also has an undergraduate degree in Drama. Outside his work for One Dance UK, Paul co-ordinates and leads training sessions for his running collective and is a keen online quiz league player.
