U.Dance CPD Programme
A unique collection of five modules written by experts in their field. The U.Dance CPD modules are one-day training courses designed to support teachers and practitioners working with children and young people to develop choreographic and performance skills and create more performance opportunities. Each module will help develop dance practice and inspire new ideas and ways of working. There are two ways to get involved:
Become a Training Provider - Buy a U.Dance Module Package to run a course in your area or within your organisation or school. As part of the Package, you will receive a U.Dance CPD Trainer, resource packs for participants, posters to market your module and promotion on the U.Dance website.
Become a Participant - You can register your interest in a particular module by contacting Youth Dance England.

U.Dance England 2010
Sunday 4 July 2010, 7.30pm, Birmingham Hippodrome
Youth Dance England is coming to the West Midlands in 2010 to present its new national dance platform U.Dance England 2010 at Birmingham Hippodrome. This exciting event will showcase exceptional dance performances by young people aged 11 to 19 from across England, and will form the flagship performance for the new U.Dance programme. In addition it will be packed with workshops, seminars, and social activities.Download the application pack here:

The deadline for applications is Monday 30 November 2009. Those shortlisted will then perform at a regional dance performance at Victoria Theatre, Stoke on Trent on Sunday 16 January 2010 in the hope of being selected for the national event in July.
