As part of the new arts and education initiative, Inspire Somerset, Take Art is seeking an Education Coordinator for Dance, Drama and Early Years Creativity.
This is a 3.5 days per week job with two main strands. The coordinator will work closely with Take Art Directors to (1) create, develop and co-ordinate a sustainable dance and drama infrastructure for schools within Somerset and also (2) develop and co-ordinate the creative training offer for Early Years practitioners. We would consider a job share for this role.

The successful applicant will need to have knowledge of the education context in Somerset as well as an understanding of current curricular requirements.

The salary is up to £22,000 (pro rata) depending on experience, starting in May 2013.

The deadline for applications is 12 noon on Thursday 14th March.
Interviews will be held at the Take Art office, near South Petherton on Wednesday 27th March.
